Encourage Americans to Register to Vote in US Elections

HeadCount, a US nonpartisan nonprofit has created QR codes that anyone in the world can use to encourage Americans register to vote in the US elections. This includes US passport holders living overseas who are also eligible to vote.

Encourage Americans to Register to Vote

On June 19, 2020, Kellen Edmondson, HeadCount's Field Director wrote, "If you’re heading to an event in honor of Juneteenth weekend— or any other outdoor event— you have the opportunity to register voters right in your own community. Print out some QR codes and text codes from our United We Vote page. Hand them out. Tape them to signs. Or hold them in the air.

"We’ve been inspired by the millions of Americans who have marched and made their voices heard in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

"So many of you have helped us support voter registration efforts at hundreds of events across the country. Our QR and text codes have been seen coast to coast.

"I hope you join us this weekend in giving a voice to others. There’s Juneteenth celebrations, events and actions happening all over the country. Find one near you and get ready to make a difference."

Here's another sign from HeadCount you can print out from the United We Vote page and use.
