Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim is teaching a course on Chapters 1-8 of Bodhisattva Shantideva's text A Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life on YouTube. The course began on April 28 and is ongoing through July 23, 2020. Chapter 9 will be taught at a future time.
The course is hosted by Chenrezig Institute in Australia. Geshe Puntsok Tsultrim teaches in Tibetan with English translation by professional translator Venerable Kartson.
The Schedule
The course is divided into two parts. The first part runs from April 28 to June 4. Then there is a break until June 16. The second part runs from June 16 to July 23.
Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays PT.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama taught in Los Angeles, CA in 2000, "The skillful and compassionate Shakyamuni Buddha taught diverse types of Buddhadharma within a collection of 84,000 scriptures for the diverse mental dispositions and spiritual inclinations of his listeners. The essence of all these teachings is presented in such excellent treatises as Atisha’s "Lamp for the Path" which presents the systematic approach of an individual on the path to enlightenment.

"With this as a basis, Lama Tsong Khapa composed three versions of lam-rim texts: an extensive version known as the Great Exposition of the Path to Enlightenment; a medium-length version known as the Middling Exposition of the Stages of the Path; and the text we are studying here the Short Exposition of the Stages of the Path which is also called Lines of Experience or Songs of Spiritual Experience."

Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim
"Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim was born in Tibet in 1969. At the age of 14 he became a monk and was admitted to Sera Je monastery, where he was awarded his Geshe degree (the equivalent of a doctorate in Buddhist studies) in 2005. Geshe Tsultrim spent a further two years studying tantra at Gyume Tantric Monastery.
"Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim was appointed to the position of teacher of Buddhist philosophy at TCV School, Bylakuppee in 2006 where he spent two years teaching. Before coming to Chenrezig Institute, Geshe Phuntsok Tsultrim also spent some time teaching at Root Institute where he was immensely popular for the warm and approachable way in which he presented the Dharma."
