"I Can Tell You What You Already Know. But I Can't Tell You What It Is To Let Go."

This is the first album I've shared on my blog, but it is so amazing that it has to be mentioned here:)

It's ALO's newest release - out just yesterday - entitled "Man of the World." It was released on their college friend, Jack Johnson's record label, Brushfire Records. It was recorded at Jack's Mango Tree Studio in Hawaii, was produced by Jack, and Jack joins ALO for at least one of the tracks.

(As an aside, Zach Gill from ALO is also in Jack's band - he plays piano and sings vocals. Catch him with Jack when Jack goes on his 2010 World Tour.)

A behind the scenes look at the making of "Man Of The World" --

You can listen to "Man Of The World" for free, now, here. (Not sure how long it'll be available on this site.)

Man Of The World
01 Suspended
02 States of Friction
03 Man of the World
04 Put Away the Past
05 I Wanna Feel It
06 Big Appetite
07 Gardener's Grave
08 Time and Heat
09 The Country Electro
10 The Champ
11 I Love Music

My favorite is easily "Big Appetite" followed by "Put Away The Past."

ALO is on tour as I write this - check them out :) Can't wait for them to get back to Nor Cal:)
