There has been a lot of talk @ COP15 about a $10 billion dollar fund to help developing nations (particularly Africa) cope with and address climate change before a new climate change treaty comes into force in 2012.
Developing countries say that $10 billion isn't nearly enough - I heard someone say that $80 billion would be a much fairer number.
On Tuesday African Youth from around the continent walked out of climate talks in a rage over the state of the negotiations, saying "$10 million is not enough to buy the coffins you bury us with."
On Tuesday members of the US Youth Delegation and the African Youth Delegation are meeting up @ Tietgen College @ 7pm for a strategy session. It's closed to the public but media are invited. Hopefully there will be some good media reports.
Also on Tuesday the Youth Delegation is meeting with top representatives of Obama's negotiation team.
