Pitch for Change submissions are due Wed, Jan 19. No business plan required - just an idea and an elevator pitch! Open to grad students. Prize is up to $6,000 in cash and free consulting hours. 15 semi-finalists will participate in a "pitch" workshop on March 5, and final rounds will take place on March 6.

Harvard Social Enterprise Conference :: February 27 - 28, 2010
OK, this post was in draft status for a bit too long - the deadline for Pitch for Change has passed - but if you attend the Harvard Social Enterprise Conference then check it out:)
Pitch for Change is an "elevator pitch" competition that is open to individuals and teams (at least one team member must be a current graduate student) with an idea for a new social enterprise venture. Entrants need only submit a short 500 word proposal for initial consideration and be prepared to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges during the 2010 Harvard Social Enterprise Conference (Feb 27-28 in Cambridge, MA) if selected as a semi-finalist. Entries were due on January 30th, 2010.
