Google has simplified the application process for nonprofits. Once a nonprofit's application is approved by Google, the nonprofit can access a collection of products for nonprofits, including:
* up to $10,000/month in advertising on Google AdWords to reach more donors
* free or discounted Google Apps to cut IT costs and operate more efficiently
* premium features for YouTube
* mapping technologies to raise awareness of the nonprofit's cause
Need help with these tools? First, check out the educational videos, case studies and a discussion group for nonprofits. Also check out the brand new Google for Nonprofits Marketplace, which connects nonprofits with professional service providers who have agreed to offer their services for a free or discounted rate.

Have a Question for a House, Senate, or Gubernatorial Candidate? Deadline Sept 20.
If so, then post your question here.
Peers can read your question and vote it up or down. The top 10 questions will be presented to each candidate in that particular race, and the candidates can answer as many of those 10 questions as they want, in any format and length of time that the candidate chooses by October 14.
The 10Questions campaign is the result of a partnership between the nonpartisan org Personal Democracy Forum, Google, and YouTube.
10Questions reminds me of the very awesome 2008 YouTube video debate:)
