Learn from Geshe Lhakdor on How to Obtain Long-Lasting Happiness in an Impermanent, Changing World

Geshe Lhakdor, www.tibet.net.

Geshe Lhakdor, the director of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, India, gave a Special Buddhist Philosophy Class of 2020 Teaching on "The Four Seals of Buddhism" at Library of Tibetan Works and Archives on January 27-29, 2020.

I like Geshe Lhakdor's teaching style and these teachings resonate strongly during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Four Seals of Buddhism

All conditioned things are impermanent
All contaminated things are suffering
All phenomena are selfless or without self
Transcendence of suffering is peace

The Special Buddhist Philosophy Class of 2020 Teaching was presented in a series of three sessions.

The video from each session is less than one and a half hours long.
