Tara Liberation Study Group wrote, "Buddhist Psychology is a vital part of Buddhist Philosophy and it focuses on understanding the nature of our mind through investigates our cognition and inner experience. It is helpful to have a good understanding of the Buddhist Psychology when one engages in meditation since it provides insight to the tools and processes of mind transformation that one is undergoing or aims to undergo. Studying Buddhist Psychology is helpful also in relationship to one’s daily interactions with the world and other individuals, so you don’t have to be a scholar or a yogi to benefit from this ancient Indian wisdom brought to us by the Buddha Shakyamuni over 2000 years ago and that has been preserved and cultivated further by Tibetan masters."

"Everyone is welcome to join the teachings and there is no actual course fee, but we do encourage participants to give a donation to the teacher. Details regarding the way you can submit your donation will be given in the email that will be sent prior to the teachings to all registered participants.

"Register by sending an email to INFO (at) TARALIBERATION (dot) FI
