You buy your fruits and veggies from the organic stands at the
Farmer's Market. You buy certified organic pastas (and anything else you can't get at the Farmer's Market) in bulk, using your own
glass containers ... and you
don't eat meat or anything that comes from an animal.
So you sometimes grab soy products, as a source of protein. All soy products are equal, right? I thought so ...
