The Great Animal Rescue Chase

Learned about The Great Animal Rescue Chase via a post on Care2, today.

Is is the first rescue mission aimed at rescuing one million animals, worldwide. It is open to all animal lovers regardless of age or experience. The organizers, the Harmony Fund, are asking ordinary animal lovers to go out and rescue a single animal in need and then report back with the story and photos of the animals they saved. The organizers hope that these stories will encourage other people to take action, too. Guidelines for rescuers here.

You can read the stories and upload your own story, here. Personally, I especially liked this story - He's not a pitbull; he's a dorabull:)
